Distribution and sale of products ranging from pickled ginger to catches of northern blue-fin tuna. |

Sushi Zanmai Honten main restaurant opens on the edge of Tsukiji.
Following this successful launch, other Sushi Zanmai branches are opened one after another. |

The grand opening of Sushi Zanmai’s Honten restaurant is held.

To select and supply the best ingredients at competitive prices, and to establish our restaurants in our customers’ hearts by offering excellent dishes, with great customer service.
Especially, we strive to use the only the freshest natural ingredients, so we hope that our customers can enjoy the full flavor of these ingredients in our dishes.And finally, we hope to take the taste of Sushi-Zanmai from our restaurants to the whole of Japan and then throughout the world. Together with our customers, we hope to spread the culture of Japanese sushi to all corners of the planet!!
